Registration costs are in USD and include access to all the sessions. Daily lunches and refreshments during coffee breaks will be provided at the meeting at no extra cost. You can optionally purchase a ticket for $45 to attend the conference dinner the evening of Thursday, May 22. Once you register for PolyP-2025, we will send you an email with links for reserving your hotel room at a reduced rate, so please register early.

Conference organization, including registration for our meeting, is handled by the University Of Michigan’s office of Conference & Event Services. Clicking on the registration link below will take you to a separate web page, where you will be required to create (or log into) an account with Iris Registration. Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card or debit card.

Refunds and Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your registration, we must receive written confirmation of all cancellations by April 30, 2025. Those registrants who cancel before April 30 will receive a refund, less a $50 non-refundable administrative fee, 2-3 weeks after the request is received. Refunds will not be issued after April 30. Cancellation requests should be sent by email to: conference.registrations@umich.edu. Cancellation requests cannot be made by phone.

Confirmation: You will receive a detailed confirmation email from Iris Registration and a receipt from Authorize.net following submission of your registration.
